Order processing
In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Weekends are not included. Preorder arrival dates are shown on the product page and may vary by style.
Payment authorization and address verification can add up to 48 hours before an order is released.
Delivery
Orders ship with USPS. Ground delivery generally takes 8 to 10 business days after dispatch, excluding holidays. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel leaves us.

Changes and cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Final sale orders cannot be cancelled.
