Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
If the items you order are in stock (UNLESS it states it is a pre order and a date is given of appx. arrival), it will be processed and shipped out within the next 3 - 5 business Days (weekends are not included) You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail and will take 8- 10 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us right away as it will not be able to be adjusted after that.
If the item is final sale it can not be cancelled
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
- Please take weekends & holidays into consideration.
TRACKING YOUR Jcrown ORDER:
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at Jcrown622@gmail.com
****Please track your packages. Jcrown Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****
