What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

If the items you order are in stock (UNLESS it states it is a pre order and a date is given of appx. arrival), it will be processed and shipped out within the next 3 - 5 business Days (weekends are not included) You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail and will take 8- 10 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We want your shopping experience at Jcrown Boutique to be a VIP experience! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help. Whether you need a different size, colour, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange within 30 days of purchasing. There are no refunds. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us right away as it will not be able to be adjusted after that. 

If the item is final sale it can not be cancelled

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 10 - 15 business days.
