All prices on JCrown are shown in US dollars.
How long does order processing take?+
In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Weekends are not included. Preorder timing is shown on the product page.
How long does delivery take?+
USPS Ground delivery generally takes 8 to 10 business days after dispatch, excluding holidays. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Tracking is sent by email.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?+
JCrown offers eligible exchanges rather than refunds. The published return and exchange policy contains the current eligibility window and item requirements.
Can I cancel my order?+
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Final sale orders cannot be cancelled.
What if I entered the wrong address?+
Reply to your confirmation email or contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is released, an address change or refund may no longer be possible.

Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on availability and destination.
